Buckingham Democrats engages our community, enlightens and informs residents about critical issues, and energizes voters to support our shared values by electing Democratic candidates.
Buckingham Township has always been a peaceful community, where residents cherish the charm of our farms and open spaces. As our community grows and evolves, new challenges emerge, and our leadership must adapt. Holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Penn State and an MBA in Finance from Temple University.
As Tax Collector will be committed to communication, fiscal responsibility, and collaborative governance for the benefit of all Buckingham Township residents.
Proud husband, father of four, and lifelong educator.
Holds a B.A. in Political Science and Master’s degrees in both Teaching and Educational Administration.
28 years of experience in public education, he brings deep insight into community needs.
A Buckingham resident since 2006, Scott is committed to transparency, clear communication, and fiscal responsibility in local government.

Seasoned attorney with 37 years of courtroom experience, currently practicing in Doylestown.
J.D. from Villanova Law School in 1988 and began his career as a Bucks County public defender.
Represented clients of all ages in Dependency and Orphans' Court and chairs the Bucks County Bar’s Child Advocacy Initiative.
Will bring legal expertise and a strong commitment to justice to serve the residents of Buckingham, Solebury, and New Hope.
